The Community Impact Cabinet informs the Board about the investing of donor gifts to have the greatest impact in our community. This cabinet provides the board with information about current community conditions and recommendations about which programs to fund. This cabinet also monitors funded agencies and programs to ensure that donor gifts are being used efficiently, effectively and responsibly.

Chaired by the Secretary/Treasurer, the Finance and Audit Committee provides oversight of the financial operations of the organization. This committee reviews detailed monthly operating statements, prepares recommendations for the annual budget, reviews the annual audit, provides summary reports to the Board at every meeting, and prepares recommendations for any changes to the organization’s fiscal policies as appropriate.

The Volunteer Resources Cabinet is charged to inspire and mobilize our community into organized volunteer service. This cabinet oversees the organization’s efforts to engage individuals and companies in long- and short-term volunteer activities and to coordinate the mobilization of these volunteers with the non-profits that provide volunteer opportunities. This cabinet also oversees our Gifts-In-Kind program that finds connects companies with usable goods and products with non-profits that can use these items to enhance their work.
