The big day is almost here! Here’s what will happen to select the winners and award the prizes:
The Step Up Challenge grand prize winners will be chosen on the morning of Thursday, December 31, 2009. A representative from Testone, Marshall & Discenza CPA’s LLC will draw the winning names from entries received by December 24, 2009. Twenty winners of the Loyal Donor Sweepstakes will also be selected.
Immediately after the drawings, the Employee Campaign Coordinator at each of the winners’ companies will be contacted. Arrangements will be made to notify the winners and deliver the prizes.
An official announcement will be made on News Channel 9 Bridge Street at 10:00 a.m. and posted on the United Way website.
We ask ECCs who will not be at work on the morning of December 31 to provide their account managers with the name of an alternate contact. If the winning employee is not at work on December 31, arrangements will be made to deliver the prize the following week.
